The third guy assists me well, and says since the bet had ended but he could tell I was trying to contact support he was going to award me bonus bets. So I was stressed out from the terrible support but now I felt fine and was somewhat relieved until I made a joke about how I shouldn’t mostbet o’ynash bet. Then he restricted my account and took the bonus bet offer away. I understand some have big gambling issues but I had to stay on the phone with another person for 30 more minutes over a hour at this point to have my account restrictions lifted and never got the money.

The only reason I give them 2 stars is cause it’s a easier to use app. Me and my friends all took them up on their new customer offer to deposit $10 to get $365 in bonus bets to use for the first weekend of March Madness. We all downloaded the app and made our deposits and after some time waiting on the slow app to process everything, got our bonus bets and started playing.
